As Sisters of the Rose we provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore experiences, without judgemet, we recognise that true healing and growth happens when people feel truly seen and heard.
The feedback from those able to attend Natalie’s sessions has been overwhelmingly positive, with individuals praising the support for their own wellbeing at a time when that is often the last thing on their list and reporting on the impact of putting new positive habits and wellbeing practices into action.

It was great to work with Natalie to bring the wellbeing program to Aspire. We ran a variety of workshops helping people to gain news skills, new tools and sustainable methods to manage our wellbeing.
