Our Values

Discover our values. Here at Sisters of the Rose we live by them every day by using them to guide our purpose and direction.
Values are the cornerstone to our work here at Sisters of the Rose; we envision thriving resilient communities where every story is heard, every voice is valued and healing is rooted in Authenticity, Honesty, Integrity, Trust and Connection.

Authenticity

We create spaces where people can show up as their true selves. We honour lived experience and encourage honest self-expression, recognising that real stories are the foundation of healing and growth.

Honesty

We believe open truthful dialogue builds strong communities. We communicate with clarity and compassion fostering environments where difficult conversations can be held safely and respectfully.

Integrity

We act ethically and responsibly in all that we do. Our comittments are guided by strong principles, transparency and accountability, ensuring that work consistently aligns with our purpose.

Trust

We build and protect trust through consistency, confidentiality and care by listening deeply and valuing every voice, we cultivate relationships where individuals feel safe to share, heal and thrive.

Connection

Embedding the quality of connection through our work to ensure individuals feel more connected to themselves, through accepting their path, and in turn supporting them to feel more connected to those around them.

Work with us

At Sisters of the Rose Group we provide a safe, compassionate and confidential environment for individuals to explore experiences without judgement, we recongnise that healing and growth happens when people feel truly seen and here.

The feedback from those able to attend Natalie’s sessions has been overwhelmingly positive, with individuals praising the support for their own wellbeing at a time when that is often the last thing on their list and reporting on the impact of putting new positive habits and wellbeing practices into action.

It was great to work with Natalie to bring the wellbeing program to Aspire. We ran a variety of workshops helping people to gain news skills, new tools and sustainable methods to manage our wellbeing. The program was steered by the participants which is very important and we look forward to continuing to work together in the future.

I have worked with the Wellbeing Girl during our student events, aimed at improving focus. She brought such a lovely, positive attitude to the session and it was a comfortable place for an engaging discussion. Even I left with lots of useful tips on how to focus, despite hosting the session for students! Thanks for all your work Natalie.
