Our Journey

Sisters of the Rose create spaces where people thrive rather than survive. We have a tried and tested model for national scale. Since 2021, we have supported 23 partners across NHS, education, and community centres, raised Sustainable Funding of £77, 925, delivered 10 projects, collaborating with 23 partners across NHS, education and community centres.

Why our work matters

Over the years, our impact on participants has grown in both depth and reach, reflected in the trust they place in us and the increasing demand for our programs year after year. What began as meaningful engagement has blossomed into a vibrant, connected community. The most consistent theme in participant testimonials is joy—a genuine sense of happiness and fulfillment that carries through their experiences. Many frequently speak of the powerful connections they form, highlighting a shared sense of belonging and support. Feeling calmer is another often-mentioned outcome, as participants describe leaving sessions more grounded and at ease. Across groups, growing confidence is a repeated and unmistakable result, with individuals stepping more fully into their strengths. While mentioned less often, the development of leadership stands out as a significant and lasting impact, as participants begin to guide, inspire, and uplift others within their communities. People choose to work with us because what we offer goes beyond a service—it’s an experience of meaningful growth, connection, and lasting impact. Year after year, trust in our work has deepened and demand has continued to rise, a reflection of the consistent value participants receive. They come for the opportunity to experience genuine joy, and they stay because they feel a true sense of connection and belonging. Many leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Across all of our groups, confidence grows in visible and measurable ways, empowering individuals to step forward more fully in their personal and professional lives. And for some, the journey sparks something even greater: the emergence of leadership, as they begin to influence and uplift others. Working with us means being part of a supportive, evolving community that nurtures growth, builds trust, and creates transformative outcomes that last

It was great to work with Natalie to bring the wellbeing program to Aspire. We ran a variety of workshops helping people to gain news skills, new tools and sustainable methods to manage our wellbeing. The program was steered by the participants which is very important and we look forward to continuing to work together in the future.

I have worked with the Wellbeing Girl during our student events, aimed at improving focus. She brought such a lovely, positive attitude to the session and it was a comfortable place for an engaging discussion. Even I left with lots of useful tips on how to focus, despite hosting the session for students! Thanks for all your work Natalie.
